Eastern roots, American grill soul
El Chino BBQ was founded by Lee Sang, born here and the son of relatives with experience in Eastern cuisine. From that origin comes the care for the product and the love of cooking for others.
With that foundation he decided to start his own company, with a different idea: bringing the American grill concept, BBQ, to celebrations. Flame-grilled meats, cooking on site and a service designed for family and corporate events.
